Returns for Credit
All product returns for credit must be returned within three months from the purchase date with the product and packaging in original condition. All returns—with the exception of defective goods for replacement—will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Discontinued items are not eligible for credit. We do not accept returns for items that have expiry dates.
Product Return Claims
All product return claims must be authorized by BMS Enterprises before any returns are accepted. Failure to obtain authorization before returning product may result in refusal of the shipment at the sender's expense. Only manufacturer defects will be authorized for return. Returned merchandise must be free of all customers' markings and tags. All merchandise must be in its original packaging. Due to health and hygiene issues, we cannot issue credit for returned items which have been opened or used. Shop worn products will not be accepted for return. When available, your replacement product may come in a sealed generic package.
