Ordering Policy
New Accounts
All new accounts are subject to a minimum initial order of $500.00 excluding taxes. A copy of the business registration is also required for our files from all new customers.
Placing an Order
Before you can place an order, you must create an account. Once your account has been approved you will be given access to the site and will be able to place orders. When you check out, your order will be emailed to us and a verification copy will be emailed to you.
Terms on all new accounts are, Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), or e-transfer. Cash and Debit on Pick-up Orders only
Minimum Order Fee
Due to the relatively high labour costs associated with processing smaller orders, all orders below $300.00 CAD excluding taxes will be subject to a $35.00 CAD minimum order service fee.
Displays and Testers
Displays and tester units are sold on a 1 per store basis ONLY, as a one-time offer with a purchase of a minimum of 2 pieces or state minimum requirement per product. NOT AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE BUSINESSES.
Payment Options
All new accounts are cash, or e-transfer. Payment using Visa, MasterCard and/or debit cards is accepted upon receipt of a signed credit card authorization form. Past due invoices will be charged a late penalty of 8% per month.
NSF Cheques
Any cheque marked NSF (non sufficient funds) will result in credit terms being changed to e-transfer & credit card Visa or Mastercard. All pending orders will be held until the balance is cleared, and customers will be charged a service fee of $75.00 CAD to cover bank fees.
Pricing Changes
Due to fluctuations of the Canadian dollar, pricing is subject to change without notice and will be adjusted as our stock is replenished. Please be aware that the prices on your invoice may reflect these modified prices.
